She is a licensed assistant with a degree in Marketing, and is experienced in working with buyers and sellers, primarily in REO transactions and is also the Team Leader for the Mark Kivley Team. Holly is responsible for coordinating transactions from initial offer to closing by communicating with asset managers, buyer´s agents, lenders and title companies. Christy has been with the Mark Kivley Team since 2011. She handles payments on all accounts, including the utility and contractor bills incurred while maintaining properties during their listing period. Christy also arranges reimbursements for REO properties and ensures that all website submissions to asset managers are handled in a timely fashion. In addition, Christy coordinates vendors for property preservation, including both initial services and recurring maintenance. |
